Managed Print Services (MPS) are a set of solutions offered by large printing providers that handle most, if not all, aspects of a company’s printing needs. Managed Print Services (MPS) is a, well, service, that allows businesses to outsource their printing infrastructure management to a third-party provider. In Zimbabwe Digjet in partnership with Hp is offering this solution. Essentially, a company pays a monthly fee to a provider for access to a printer and support for those printers. Devices that may be handled by managed print services could include:

Our managed print service covers: general maintenance, the ordering and dispatch of toner cartridges and parts, preventative maintenance, the booking of engineer calls and providing meter readings plus anything else your business requires in the area of print management.
